A: CallGroup’s service is provided on a month-to-month basis: there are no long-term contracts. Billing is done quarterly to minimize bookkeeping.

A: If a CallGroup user selects to be notified by SMS, callers trying to reach the on-call physician will hear a message prompting them to enter their call-back number. Once entered, an SMS with a unique URL is sent to the on-call physician. If the physician does not click on the URL, they will receive up to 4 repeat SMSs notifying them of the caller’s call-back number.
A: Level I provides a group with the ability to redirect callers to the on-call physician or play a message to the caller. Level II gives a group extra flexibility with a virtual attendant that can also be scheduled in the on-call calendar. When scheduled, the attendant prompts callers to “press 1 to speak with Dr. X, press 2 to speak with Dr. Y…”.
