CallGroup has now provided our call group for more than 10 years with reliable excellent service: access for our patients and colleagues with one number in a timely manner. The online platform allows us to update and change our schedule as we need to. CallGroup was also there to support our members and patients during events such as the Roger’s outage in 2022 and devastating ice storm in 2025. As our group members change over time with additions and retirements, we are pleased to have CallGroup as a constant support by our side that is appreciated by all.
